COGNITIVE THERAPY: This therapy looks at the way certain thoughts can trigger off perpetual problems and provides an understanding of that process. In Cognitive Therapy we identify false ideals that are unhelpful and then help you to achieve change in your thought patterns.

BEHAVIOR THERAPY: This guides you in changing behaviors that may be harmful or unhelpful, helping you to come to terms with fearful situations and control your anxiety that may be causing your low confidence or low self-esteem.
